Lilly Pilly South Early Learning Centre is a proudly family-owned and operated centre built on generations of care, commitment, and community values.
Moira began her journey in childcare in 1985, bringing decades of experience, knowledge, and genuine care to the industry. In 2020, she purchased the centre with a strong vision to continue providing quality early learning and trusted care for local families.
From the beginning, her daughter Jacinda and son-in-law Jared supported the centre behind the scenes. In 2021, Jacinda left her long-term career in the pharmacy industry to follow her passion for childcare and early education. As a mother of four, including children with additional needs, Jacinda brings compassion, understanding, and a strong focus on inclusion into every part of the service.
With Jared's extensive experience in construction and business management has supported the family business from day one. From financial management to building the playground, he plays an active hands-on role across all areas of the centre.
In 2025, Jacinda and Jared officially joined the business as Directors and Approved Providers, further strengthening the family commitment to providing long-term quality care and support for children and families within the community.
Moira’s husband Mark is also a valued part of the team, best known for his important role as chief BBQ cook at the weekly family meetings and community events.
